At Kope, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of product that is of equal or lesser value.
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in new condition.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
